Terms of Service

1. The service

Vintlyze provides a Chrome extension and dashboard that read your own Vinted sold-items history (via your existing logged-in session) and turn it into a monthly sales statement, for sellers who don't have a Vinted Pro account or API access.

We are an independent, third-party tool and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Vinted UAB in any way. „Vinted” remains a trademark of Vinted UAB.

2. Relationship with Vinted — please read carefully

The extension works by reusing the browser session you already have open on a Vinted domain (e.g. vinted.pl, vinted.it) to call the same, non-public order-history endpoints your own browser already has access to. This is not the official Vinted API and Vinted does not endorse or support it.

You are solely responsible for making sure your use of this extension complies with Vinted's own Terms of Service. Vinted may, at its own discretion, change its website or API, or restrict, suspend, or terminate any account it considers to be using automated or unauthorized access — including through third-party tools like ours.

We do not encourage or guarantee compliance with Vinted's terms, we have no control over Vinted's platform, and we are not responsible for any action Vinted takes against your Vinted account as a result of using our extension. Use it at your own risk and only if you are comfortable with that.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your use of the extension in a way that violates Vinted's own terms or applicable law.

3. Your account and responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sync key confidential — anyone with it can read your synced sales data.

You may only use the extension with your own Vinted account(s). Do not use it to access or scrape data belonging to other users.

4. Subscription and billing

The service costs 5 PLN per month, billed via Stripe on a recurring basis, and can be cancelled at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal (link on the Settings page) — access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Without an active subscription, the extension will not sync new data or show your statement in the popup; your existing dashboard account and previously synced data remain accessible.

5. Accuracy of dates and statuses

Vinted's public (non-Pro) order history does not expose a single, authoritative “completed_at” field. We use a documented heuristic (see the project README) to approximate the completion date, falling back to the sale date when unavailable. We disclose this openly and recommend you spot-check a few known sales after your first sync.

6. Availability and changes

Because the extension relies on Vinted's own, unofficial website endpoints, changes made by Vinted to their site or API may temporarily or permanently break syncing. We'll do our best to adapt, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice on the dashboard or by email.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including reliance on statement figures for tax or accounting purposes — always verify totals against your own Vinted order history before filing — or from any action Vinted takes on your Vinted account (see “Relationship with Vinted” above).

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the Account page, or by contacting us (see Privacy Policy — Data retention and deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
